On 2-Parameter Estimation of Lomax Distribution
The aim of this study is to determine which of the three methods (Moment Method, Maximum Likelihood Method, and Term Omission Method) should be used to estimate the parameters of the Lomax distribution. In this paper, we used Mean Square Error and Total Deviation criteria to simulate different sample sizes (n=25, 150, 250) and different parameter values.
