A Study on Corporate Social Responsibility in Introducing Drag Racing to Fight Illegal Motorbike Racing

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a major source of competitive advantage in today’s economic environment, and it has become popular among firms to maintain their image and contribute to their success. This article will use a drag race known as the Sprint Test to study how CSR can aid in the reduction of social concerns. This research is based on data collected from racers via questionnaires handed out at the race. To further understand the impact of the race event on the local community, in-depth interviews with local business owners and law enforcement officers were undertaken. The importance of CSR was established in this study via the lens of how societal issues such as illegal racing can be decreased and eradicated by having a proper race circuit.
