Assessment of Interaction Patterns among International Class Students and Regular Class Students in Yayasan Pendidikan Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan, Indonesia

Many challenges and challenges develop as a result of education systems that use both an international and a conventional class system. As a result of the challenges that ensue, interaction patterns emerge, which are typically insufficient. The rise of diverse challenges of changing times, followed by globalization and modernization, which need a rise in human resources, is the reason for the formation of the educational system. This study intends to learn about the interaction patterns that occur in international and normal classes at Yayasan Pendidikan Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah High School, as well as how to overcome social jealousy among them. This study takes a descriptive approach to qualitative research. The study’s subjects are international and normal class pupils, as well as a teacher and a foundation manager as the primary data source. The data suggest that ordinary and foreign class pupils interact differently. This study intends to learn about the interaction patterns that occur in international and normal classes at Yayasan Pendidikan Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah High School, as well as how to overcome social jealousy among them.
