Different light wavelengths are associated with different functions in plant development. To detect these wavelengths, plants have a variety of photoreceptors. The changes in the light quality (wavelength) influences various physiological processes such as intra and inter-cellular differentiation, Different sources of light seem to be affected differently on different growth stages of plants. Some examples of light-emitting diode (LED) color spectrum, fluorescent tube light, high intensity discharge (HID) lamps, and transparent shading are examples of light-emitting diode (LED) color spectrum, fluorescent tube light, high intensity discharge (HID) lamps, and transparent shading. Experiments in which Experiments on seed germination of various plants under various light colors revealed varying effects on germination. The seedling height of tomato varies greatly depending on the color of the transparent shading. Under yellow, green, and colorless lighting, the ascorbic acid content of tomato fruit is significantly higher. We believe that green and red shading on tomato plants is more important than direct high intensity light for healthy lycopene-rich fruit production. Pericarp thickness, which is important for postharvest life and is one of the most valuable characteristics of fruit, was significantly higher under green shading.
