One of the most frequent female genital illnesses is vaginal agenesis. It could be a single issue or part of a larger syndrome. There are several more reasons for vaginal reconstruction besides congenital factors. Reconstruction to produce a normal functioning vagina is a problem when diagnosed late and with complicated psychological difficulties. Despite the fact that a variety of strategies are detailed, there appears to be no consensus on which is the best. There is also no consensus on when the reconstruction should begin. The McIndoe technique 22, 26, 27, has been successfully employed throughout history. There have been numerous changes 45, 47 described. The current paper outlines various changes that can be made to improve the consistency of this technique’s outcomes. The therapeutic therapy of women with vaginal agenesis must be multidisciplinary and specifically adjusted in order to maximise sexual comfort.
