Synthesis of Semiconducting Nanoparticles Using Infrared Radiation Assisted Stokes’ Law: A Novel Approach

Nanomaterials and nanostructures are synthesised, which is an important part of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Nanostructured materials with desired size, shape, morphology, crystal structure, and chemical composition are only available when nanostructured materials with desired size, shape, morphology, crystal structure, and chemical composition are made available. As a result, the capacity to produce and process nanoparticles is the most important cornerstone in nanotechnology research and development in order to discover unique physical properties and phenomena and realise future applications of nanomaterials. This chapter presents a clear and succinct overview of the synthesis of nanomaterials utilising a kinetic approach based on the well-known Stokes’ rule for a free body falling in a quiescent and viscous fluid, as well as detailed review work.
