Neuroimmunochemistry is a difficult field to master. Understanding the role of immune cells and manipulating them to improve neurodegenerative disease outcomes will be epigenetic medicine’s defining feature. The use of an immunologic strategy to investigate in-depth neural immunological interactions in order to combat neurodegenerative diseases such as brain stroke, tumours, Alzheimer’s disease, and multiple sclerosis indicates a promising path to drug development. Immune-related neurological phenomena include the reward system and the circadian rhythm. The discovery of the relationship between immune cells and the central nervous system will lead to the creation of cutting-edge therapeutic treatments. The review focuses on figuring out how our immune cells communicate with each other.
