A term live abdominal pregnancy with implantation of the placenta into the uterine and anterior abdominal wall was detected during a planned obstetric hysterectomy for placenta accreta in the present case study. Abdominal pregnancies are a very uncommon kind of ectopic pregnancy with severe maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Ectopic pregnancies in the abdomen account for up to 1.4 percent of all ectopic pregnancies. Abdominal pregnancy is a dangerous condition that can lead to death. Diagnosis and treatment, particularly in developing nations, can be difficult. For rapid diagnosis and action to avoid life-threatening consequences, a high index of suspicion is essential.
