Determining the Concept “Theory of Education Management Process” at the Level of Intramural Quality Management

The study proposes a novel technique for the concept of “education management process theory.” The concept’s criterion is creativity. This article discusses the extent of the concept “theory of education management process” as it pertains to an innovative character. The authors define the words “innovation,” “innovative process,” “innovative management,” and “modernization” as part of the study. The notion of “theory of education management process” is represented by a set of interconnected components-processes characterised by the modern education development strategy under modernization conditions. The theory of education management technique is described as an analogue model of certain modern education development strategies/tactics. Theoretical underpinnings for a conceptual model of intramural quality management in higher educational institutions can be found in the theory of education management process. The research presents a logic matrix for a conceptual model of higher education management that reflects a strategic approach to educational excellence. The authors lay out a system of guidelines for changing the quality management model’s operation in current Russian higher education institutions.
