The overall appearance of many illnesses has changed as a result of the current COVID 19 outbreak and its therapy. Spingomonas Paucimobilis is a rare cause of sickness in clinical settings, although covid or its treatment has led to the emergence of very uncommon illnesses.

A 59-year-old lady who had been limping and complained of right hip discomfort for a month arrived at the outpatient clinic. Sphingomonas paucimobilis-related septic arthritis of the hip and an intraosseous abscess were identified in her medical records.
