Fixed Points of Quadratic Contractions in Dislocated Quasi B-Metric Spaces and with an Application

The purpose of this paper is to provide fixed point theorems for a self-map satisfying specified contraction criteria involving quadratic terms in the context of dislocated quasi b-metric spaces. Additionally, these results are used to compare two weakly compatible self-maps. The application to a differential equation is therefore inferred, and relevant examples are also provided to validate our findings. Our findings complement and strengthen the same findings in the literature.
