The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Work Stress of the Al-Ajami Educational Administration: An Analytical Descriptive Study

This study aims to test the impact of emotional brilliance on the work stress of the Al-Ajami Educational Administration. A inquiry designed for this case was employed. Numerous mathematical techniques, specifically multiple regression study for examining the impact of diversified independent variables on a alone dependent changing, and hierarchical reversion analysis for deciding the adjusted impact of work stress, are working to achieve the study’s goals. Employees need certain types of motivation and work stress lightening strate- gies to overcome the stress. Many researchers argued that poignant intelligence concede possibility reduce work stress with employees of all administration levels. A randomized stratified sample of the study state was selected by (401) things with a re- sponse rate of (80.2%). The results of the study presented a significant effect of impassioned intelligence on work stress. The verdicts suggest, containing, that organisations should pay more attention to passionate intelligence and allure function in lowering business stress.
