Putative Pathways of Cancer Pathophysiology, Proliferation, and Anticancer Activity of Chitosan
Cancer refers to the irregular growth of containers with the invasive personality, mainly grown due to defeat in immune defence mechanism. The rudimentary development, tumour tumor and metastasis of malignancy are governed by angiogenesis, that profit under a suitable condition of the triggering of angiogenic switch accompanying a net balance between the supporting-angiogenic and anti-angiogenic determinants. The current study shows that the anticancer activity of chitosan is associated with the natural pathways of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) dysfunction and apoptosis, inhibition of the something which incites activity ribonucleotide reductase (RR), induction of complete and sudden withdrawal from an addictive substance enzymes, immunopotentiation, anti-metastasis by way of the interference in basic invasion and action, and the natural antioxidant characterization increment via the scavenging of malignancy-causing free radicals. The study of the natural pathways of anticancer activity of chitosan is critical towards the synthetic customization and tailoring of chitosan biomaterial as a powerful anticancer drug candidate. The aims of the study lie on judgment the putative natural routes of cancer pathophysiology and proliferation, and the mechanistic approaches of anticancer exercise of chitosan that are expected expected important engaged of research, specifically on chitosan based anticancer drug formulations happening strategy.
