Sarcoidosis is a favorable systemic granulomatosis accompanying an unknown cause. Parenchymal engrossment in the interstices is typical. The pseudoalveolar type is exceptional, frequently severe in onset, and disputing to identify, but it fast gets better with corticosteroid situation. Here, we present a case of pseudoalveolar sarcoidosis in a young female patient accompanying a distinctive and complicated radiological and clinical performance.
