Determining the Productivity of Catched Fish around the Construction of Coal Power Plant, Jepara, Indonesia

The size and variety of extract caught, in addition to the fishing equipment secondhand by local fishermen, are all detailed in the output of fishing in the seas nearby the Tanjung Jati Steam Power Plant (Unit 5–6) project in Jepara, Indonesia. The method secondhand in this study is a descriptive design, which is a record of what happened on the annual marine fisheries output by calculating catch for one effort (CPUE), and then guessws are made utilizing simple reversion analysis. Total demersal the chase production and total pelagic the chase production all presented positive displaying trends (increases) established the study’s findings. The development of Tanjung Jati Steam Power Plant Units 5 and 6 has had no affect the productivity of the capture fisheries in Jepara waters, that is generally completely good. This is due to the evidence that Jepara’s marine productivity is still extreme and the research area does not symbolize a fishing movement area for local fishermen. As a result, skilled is no chance of a conflict with fishermen. The management of Jepara Regency can use the study’s findings to expand policies for tenable capture fisheries that avoid overfishing.
