The Development of the “Two Trolley Technique” for Supine Positioning in a Patient with a Penetrating Spinal Trauma

The present study reviews the anaesthetic administration of this different case and the development of the “Two Trolley Technique” for inactive positioning, a deviance from urged intubation techniques for stinging back trauma. Due to the failure to position supinely, penetrating damage to the back presents the anaesthesiologist with many challenges in managing the ventilating pipe and obtaining main lines. Although earlier descriptions of sideways position intubation for the same purpose endure, it is still unfamiliar. We can confine the mobility of the stinging object and, at the same time, not vary to the uncommon rule of lateral position intubation.
