The purpose pf this study search out present discussion and reasoning of the copyright of students’ work of art in online education and during digital shift of education.We secondhand purposeful sampling method in this study. Participants are picked for various purposes, such as approach to data on their education outcomes, their creative process, their everything and the program they are studying at the academy.Intellectual property is considered as a set of rules by which societies have developed to manage access to educational and intellectual knowledge dependent on public and technological happenings. Digital transformation in education at academies in Vietnam is an inevitable current, in line with the development of skill and technology in the experience.
