A macroscopic description of coherent geo-magnetic radiation from cosmic-ray air showers
We have developed a macroscopic description of coherent electromagnetic radiation from air showers initiated by ultra-high-energy cosmic rays due to the presence of the geo-magnetic field. This description offers a simple and direct insight in the relation between the properties of the air shower and the time structure of the radio pulse. 
Method and apparatus for monitoring electro-magnetic radiation power in solid freeform fabrication systems
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system and method for controlling fabrication of three-dimensional objects, layer by layer, the system comprising a printing assembly, including an irradiation unit and a printing head, the printing assembly is movable between a printing area and a service area. A light sensor positioned at the service area to measure output radiation power of the irradiation unit at a printing plane and a controller to receive information from the sensor and to automatically adjust electrical power supplied to the irradiation unit based on the information. 
Effect of magnetic dipole on viscous ferro-fluid past a stretching surface with thermal radiation
This paper investigates the effect of thermal radiation and heat transfer on the flow of ferromagnetic fluid on a stretching sheet. The appropriate combination of non-magnetic viscous base fluid, magnetic solid and surfactant composes magnetic fluid in the presence of magnetic dipole. The momentum and energy equations with the interaction of ferromagnetic particles formulate governing equations. 
RADIATION AND MAGNETIC FIELD EFFECTS OF A NATURAL CONVECTIVE FLOW PAST A MOVING/STATIONARY VERTICAL PLATE UNDER NEWTONIAN HEATING FILLED WITH POROUS MEDIUM
The problem of a natural convectively heated heat transfer flow of a moving/stationary vertical plate has studied under the influence of thermal radiation, magnetic field and porous material. The non-dimensional governing equations of the velocity, temperature, skin friction as well as Nusselt number are solved subject to a set of appropriate boundary conditions using perturbation technique. 
Combined Effects of Hall Current and Magnetic Field on Unsteady Flow Past a Semi-infinite Vertical Plate with Thermal Radiation and Heat Source
In the present study combined effects of Hall current and magnetic field on unsteady laminar boundary layer flow of a chemically reacting incompressible viscous fluid along a semi-infinite vertical plate with thermal radiation and heat source is analyzed numerically.
