Conducting polymer (CP), polypyrrole (PPy), and their nanocomposites (NCs) with metal oxide -Fe2O3 (CP/MO) are generated in situ employing various oxidants and dopants while maintaining varied molar percentages of MO with monomers. FTIR is used to characterise the prepared CPs and their CP/MO NCs PPy/-Fe2O3. SEM and TEM techniques were used to investigate their morphology.
